Hi! My name’s Nicole. Thanks for taking the courageous step in looking for some psychological support.
I’m a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years experience working with individuals across the lifespan. I strongly believe that life can be challenging for all of us at times and that we all deserve and benefit from seeking support.
It is such a privilege when clients open up and let me into their inner world. I place a great emphasis on creating a safe space where clients feel safe talking about their challenges .
By combining your lived experience and strengths, and my training, I believe we can collaborate as a team to help you make changes in your life and improve your wellbeing. To do this, I take an eclectic approach to supporting my clients, tailoring strategies from a range of evidence-based approaches.
I consult at North Adelaide on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
