This is a guided mindfulness exercise involving your favourite chocolate, using principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

You simply find a quiet place to sit comfortably, place your favourite piece of chocolate before you, then gradually work through the process over five or so minutes.

This is a powerful experience of mindfulness, that should also be delicious.

We hope you can savour the experience, and notice what you learn about how much pleasure you can gain from an enjoyable activity like this when being truly present.
